Hi Everyone,

I'm heading out on a cruise on Sunday with some of my fellow health nerds (Jenna Phillips of www.imonamission.com,  Lauren Noel of www.drlaurennoel.com, and Diane Sanfilippo of www.balancedbites.com. I'm sooo excited. I've never been on a cruise and never taken a break from facebook, emails, and my phone for a whole week! We are leaving from Galveson, Texas and visiting Jamaica, Grand Cayman Island, and Cozumel, Mexico. I will be back on the 14th.

In the meantime, I want to leave you with my current favorite YouTube video. I have a major crush on the guy, Ben Aaron from NBC New York, who made the video. It's just so entertaining and fun and makes me laugh every time.

Their exact configuration varies from country to country. In some countries and jurisdictions, health care planning is distributed among market participants, whereas in others planning is made more centrally among governments or other coordinating bodies. Thanks.
