We have PROOF: The Foods You’ve Been Told to Fear are the Foods Your Body Actually Needs

If you’re like me, you’ve probably heard a lot of myths over the years about food without even realizing it. Things like egg yolks increase cholesterol leading to heart disease, red meat is bad for you, eat fewer animal products, we need whole grains for healthy fiber, we need to count and cut calories, etc. Sound familiar?

If so, then I encourage you to listen to my interview with Liz Wolfe, author of Cave Girl Eats. We talked about all the misleading information and nonsense out there that’s made us afraid to eat real food. Instead, we’re forced to turn to fake “diet foods” rather than the natural products that we actually need! Liz and I will share PROOF around why the foods we’ve told to fear are the foods are body really needs to be healthy and happy.

Now, just because we’re talking about meat and animal products doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat your vegetables! Liz loves vegetables and so do I… but this show is focused on myths related to eating certain food products including red meat, egg yolks and other animal products. If this isn’t your cup of tea, no worries! On Elevate Your Energy Radio, we showcase a variety of experts, diets and information to help you have more energy.

One last thing I want to say about Liz and her work, I absolutely love her book! It’s incredibly well-written, funny, and thought-provoking. It’s different from any nutrition or food industry book I’ve read.. and I read a lot of them! Click below to get your copy!
